Exchange and return
Terms of Exchange/Return:
- The buyer has the right to return or exchange purchased items of proper quality if they are dissatisfied with the color, style, size, or for other reasons (Article 9, Part 1 of the Law of Ukraine No. 1023 “On Consumer Rights Protection”).
- Exchanges can be made for a similar item in a different size (if available) or for another item from the store’s assortment.
- Exchanges are processed within three (3) working days from the date of receipt and inspection of the returned item, provided the replacement item is in stock.
- Items can be returned only if their original condition is maintained (in the same state as received, including original packaging). The buyer must ensure proper shipping conditions to preserve the item’s appearance.
- To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
– The item has NOT been worn;
– The item has NOT been used for photo or video shoots;
– The item has NOT been altered in any way (e.g., washed, hemmed, cut).
– All tags and labels ARE intact.
The item IS FREE of wear marks, stains (including deodorant or foundation), and foreign odors (e.g., deodorant or perfume). - The buyer has the right to terminate a distance sales agreement by officially notifying the seller (via an appropriate form) and returning the purchased item within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date to the Nova Poshta branch or the buyer’s address (excluding the delivery day). (Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine No. 1023 “On Consumer Rights Protection”).
- Items made to the buyer’s specific measurements (e.g., custom tailoring for height) are non-exchangeable and non-returnable (Article 13, Part 5 of the Law of Ukraine No. 1023 “On Consumer Rights Protection”).
- Items delivered outside of Ukraine are not eligible for exchange or return.
- All transportation costs associated with the exchange or return of goods are borne by the buyer.
- Refunds are issued within seven (7) working days from the date the returned item is received by the seller.
The seller reserves the right to refuse to return the goods to the buyer if one of the clauses of these terms and conditions is not fulfilled.
